This site exists so you can learn about Jaskaran Kambo's companies and get in touch. It collects the minimum needed to do that, and this page explains all of it in plain language.
Contact and demo request forms: your name, email address, and the message you write. This is sent to Jaskaran by email (or a form-delivery service) so he can reply to you.
Kai, the chat assistant: the messages you type or speak, and details you choose to share in conversation (for example your name, email, company, or what you're looking for). Kai uses this to answer your questions and, when you ask for a demo or a call, to pass your request to Jaskaran.
Browsing signals used by Kai: the pages you visit on this site during your session, how long you've been here, your approximate country (derived from your IP by the hosting platform), and the page that referred you. These stay first-party — this site sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers.
Analytics: aggregate, privacy-friendly page-view statistics via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
Kai's replies are generated by Google Cloud's Vertex AI. Your chat messages are sent to that service to produce a response and are handled under Google Cloud's data processing terms; they are not used to train Google's models.
If voice replies are enabled, the reply text is converted to audio server-side. Your microphone audio is transcribed in your own browser where supported — the recording itself is not uploaded.
Lead details you share (name, email, interest) are delivered to Jaskaran directly and may be stored in a customer relationship management system to follow up with you. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
This site runs on Vercel. Standard server logs (IP address, request path) exist transiently as part of operating the service.
The site uses sessionStorage and localStorage (not cookies) to remember your chat session, the pages you've visited this session, whether you've been here before, and whether you muted Kai's voice. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
Under Canada's PIPEDA (and similar laws elsewhere), you can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email jkambo1986@gmail.com and the request will be honoured promptly.
